The 45th Annual Terri Roemer Paramus Run In Partnership With The Valley Hospital Auxiliary

We are pleased to announce that the VHA will once again join the Terri Roemer Paramus Run on Sunday, October 20, 2024 for the 45th annual TRPR Run. The Paramus Run is a cornerstone in the town of Paramus’ recreational activities. Held every year on the third Sunday of October, the event draws participants from towns all over North Jersey and beyond, including towns serviced by The Valley Hospital.

As last year, proceeds from this year's race benefit the Auxiliary’s $3.1 million pledge to support the Pediatric Section of the Emergency Department of The Valley Hospital and Valley Homecare’s Butterflies. The run will also benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund for high school seniors.

The Paramus Run is for people of all ages (male, female, kids, families) and will include a 10K run, 5K run, 5K health walk, and Kid's Fun Run!
