The Valley Hospital’s social workers are available for hospitalized patients who need supportive counseling and/or crisis intervention services. If necessary, they may also coordinate other needed services, such as referrals to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, drug or alcohol treatment programs, support groups and more.
