The Valley Hospital Fertility Center provides you with access to patient financing and financial assistance. Our financial counselors are available to talk through all of your insurance and financial options. 

LendingClub Patient Financing

Valley has partnered with LendingClub Patient Financing to make fertility treatment affordable. 

LendingClub offers flexible payment plans with:

  • No initial payment and no payment for 4-6 weeks
  • Affordable fixed rates as low as 3.99 percent
  • No prepayment penalty for complete flexibility

You can see your potential monthly payment options by using their payment calculator. You can also apply online using LendingClub’s online application, which shows potential payment plan options. 

Financial Assistance Program

The Creating Families Together program at Valley offers financial assistance to patients who meet all the necessary requirements. 

Patients 35 and Under: Financial Assistance Program Highlights 

  • All necessary diagnostic tests much be completed according to procedure
  • Patient will begin with first fresh in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure
  • Total package fee is $25,000
  • Does not include medication, anesthesia or ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection)
  • Has the potential to include as many as three fresh in vitro fertilization cycles and three frozen embryo transfer cycles
  • If there is no infant surviving to one month of age resulting from these cycles, you will be refunded 90 percent of fee

If positive pregnancy test that leads to delivery

  • end of program

If negative pregnancy test with frozen embryos

  • patient will do first frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle

If positive pregnancy test that leads to loss

  • the patient will return for another cycle

If negative pregnancy test with no frozen embryos

  • she will do her 2nd fresh IVF cycle

If the patient has frozen embryos

  • she will do a frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle

This cycle will repeat until either the patient delivers a child OR has completed 3 fresh IVF cycles and 3 FET cycles with no delivery. At this point, the patient will be refunded 90 percent of the fee.

If no frozen embryos

  • she will do her 2nd fresh IVF cycle

  

Patients 35 to 37: Financial Assistance Program Highlights 

  • Total package fee is $30,000
  • Does not include medication, anesthesia or ICSI
  • Has the potential to include as many as three fresh in vitro fertilization cycles and three frozen embryo transfer cycles
  • If there is no infant surviving to one month of age resulting from these cycles, you will be refunded 80 percent of the fee

If you do, your physician will have you meet with the billing department to discuss the program in detail.
