Kristen Bradley, RD, IFNCP
Registered Dietitian; Integrative and Functional Certified Practitioner
As a practitioner with the Center for Diabetes Management, Kristen plays a key role in diabetes management and various metabolic conditions. Kristen provides advanced nutrition assessment and intervention, both in person and virtually, using both conventional and integrative approaches. Kristen provides the ideal experience by focusing on the promotion of optimal health while helping patients age 18 and older meet their goals through a patient-centered approach. Kristen has been with Valley Medical Group since 2015.
Kate Breslin, APN
Family Nurse Practitioner
Kate, a family nurse practitioner at the Center for Diabetes Management, focuses on providing comprehensive care, including medication management and education on lifestyle modifications, for patients with diabetes. She helps patients monitor their condition and prevent diabetes-related complications, and she coordinates their care with other specialists as needed. Kate also promotes the importance of patients' emotional and mental well-being, which is vital for people who live with chronic diseases like diabetes.
A graduate of Boston College, Kate received her bachelor's of science in nursing degree from New York University and a master's of science in nursing degree from Georgetown University. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Anna George, MSN, RN-BC-CDCES, BC-ADM, NP-C
Certified Diabetes Educator; Nurse Practitioner
Anna is a certified diabetes educator and nurse practitioner at the Center for Diabetes Management; she also leads The Valley Hospital's inpatient diabetes education program.
Anna holds two advanced certifications in diabetes management — Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Manager — demonstrating her expertise in the field.
