Family Education Center

Valley's Center for Family Education offers classes to prepare you for the many stages of life as a family, from prenatal care to life with a newborn. Classes are offered at our center in Paramus, with many also available online. 

We offer: 

• Classes for new moms, dads, siblings and grandparents
• Prenatal, Baby & Me, and Postnatal Yoga classes
