Safety is an uncompromising core value. Providing safe care to our patients and a safe environment for our staff to work in is Valley’s top priority. We pledge to always follow processes 100% of the time to make sure our patients, families, employees, and work environments are always safe. We promise to speak up for safety. If we see something that does not seem right, we say something.

Patient & Family Experience

We show kindness in our interactions with patients, families, visitors, and each other. We always provide caring, compassionate care and treat our patients and families as we would want our own family treated.
