Spring Into Fitness With Valley

The Mahwah Branch of The Valley Hospital Auxiliary is excited to announce a Spring Into Fitness event that will take place on Saturday, May 3. This event will be held at The Valley Center for Health and Wellness, located at 1400 MacArthur Boulevard in Mahwah, New Jersey.
From 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., participants will be able to come to Valley Health LifeStyles – Valley’s fitness center – to try a spin class, pickleball game, swim session, and walking on the walking path. There will also be free health information available. All attendees will be entered into a drawing to win a three-month membership to Valley Health LifeStyles.
The event has a $40 registration fee. All proceeds will benefit The Valley Hospital Auxiliary’s $3.1 million pledge to support The Valley Hospital Pediatric Emergency Department and Valley Home Care’s Butterflies Program, a pediatric in-home palliative care and hospice program.
