The Earl A. Wheaton, Jr., MD, Family Care Center (formerly the Community Care Clinic) has relocated from 1114 Goffle Road in Hawthorne to Valley Health System – Ridgewood Campus, located at 223 North Van Dien Ave. in Ridgewood (the previous location of The Valley Hospital Emergency Department).
