The Center for Health and Wellness is a 75,000-square-foot fitness and medical complex featuring a variety of services, including:
Valley Health LifeStyles
- Our comprehensive fitness center features a six-lane lap pool, group exercise studios, a rock-climbing wall, gymnasium and state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Please click here for membership information.
Diagnostic Imaging
- Our comprehensive diagnostic imaging suite is equipped with CT, MRI, mammography, diagnostic radiology (X-Ray), ultrasound, and vascular imaging machines.
- The suite is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday and Friday. The suite is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. To learn more about these services, please call 201-316-8452. To schedule an appointment, please call 201-447-8200 and choose option two.
Laboratory Services
- Our highly skilled laboratory team offers pre-admission testing, routine lab work and other specialized testing services.
- Laboratory Services are available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Walk-ins are welcome. Please call the lab at 201-316-8452 to schedule an appointment for specialized testing, as well as to confirm whether your insurance plan is accepted.
Retail Pharmacy
- Located on the first floor, our pharmacy is a full-service retail establishment, accepting prescriptions from the public, employees, and LifeStyles members.
- Health-related merchandise, such as walkers, canes, seasonal gifts, and supplies for members of LifeStyles such as swim caps and other accessories, are available for purchase.
- The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays. The pharmacy staff can be reached at 201-316-8444.
Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation
- Physical therapy services are offered from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call 201-447-8134 for more information or to make an appointment.
