3rd Trimester Class

3rd trimester Class will focus on what to expect at the end of your pregnancy, signs of labor, vaginal & c-section delivery expectations, induction methods, and pain management options. We will also review the recovery phases, breast feeding misconceptions and touch upon newborn considerations. Some non-clinical topics will also be reviewed, such as where to go, who to call, what to pack, visitor policy and hospital amenities. We will also review resources the Valley Health System offers.

Pre-registration is required.

**This class is created for VMG OB patients. If you are not a VMG OB patient then you may still attend the class but any questions you may have regarding your care, we ask that you direct them to your OB’s office.**
