RSV Infant Vaccines Available – Limited Supply
Due to heightened demand, there is currently a national shortage of the infant respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine. Valley has a limited supply of the infant RSV vaccine nirsevimab (50 mg and 100 mg) for infants and children who meet eligibility criteria. Click here to read more about nirsevimab.
Who is Eligible for the RSV Vaccine?
Infants and children who qualify for immunization must be:
- For 50 mg dose:
- Weight of less than 11 pounds (5 kg) and younger than 8 months of age
- For 100 mg dose:
- At least 11 pounds (5 kg) or greater, and younger than 8 months of age
How to Schedule an Appointment for the RSV Vaccine
Valley Medical Group – General Pediatrics, located at 135 N Kinderkamack Road in Montvale, is now offering limited appointments for RSV infant immunization for qualifying infants.

Insurance Coverage & Reimbursement for RSV Immunization
